(4-5%) regulation

 

1.      If reseller of UnivFashion introduces other people within the same University as UnivFashion reseller, he/ she can get 4% cash back from the sales by the reseller he/ she introduced for 1 year.

Reseller Policy

a)      the reseller have to consider the market capacity when want to introduce resellers to UnivFashion. If the market (population in the university and surrounding markets) is beyond his/ her selling territory, he/ she should consider look for one more resellers for Univfashion. In this case, he/ she can save time and energy, and optimize the profit. If the market is very small, he/ she better manage the market by himself/ herself to optimize the profit

b)      the reseller have to pick up active and right people for reseller. To maintain the market well, Univfashion resellers should be honest, responsible and active in selling

c)      in the first 2 month, he/ she should be responsible for the resellers he/ she introduced

 

2.      If reseller of UnivFashion introduces other people in other Universities as UnivFashion reseller, he/ she can get 5% cash back from the sales by the reseller he/ she introduced for 1 year.

 

Reseller

a)      the reseller have to pick up active and right people for reseller. To maintain the market well, Univfashion resellers should be honest, responsible and active in selling

b)      in the first 2 month, he/ she should be responsible for the resellers he/ she introduced

 

 

3.      If reseller of Univfashion is not schooling student, and he/ she introduce schooling students as resellers, regulation same with #2

 

4.      If reseller of schooling student, and he/ she introduce not schooling students as resellers, regulation same with #2

  *Cash back for one year is because without the introducing, within one year (or less than one year) UnivFashion also can enter the selling territories.
